Eighteen years ago, Andy Gentle and his father Mike were looking to renew the combine they were using across their all-arable farm at West Wittering, near Chichester. Although satisfied with their current manufacturer choice, they looked across all of the small number of alternatives available, and ultimately made a decision to switch makes, a decision based as much on dealer stability and support as on machine features and specifications.
